About Lura

Lura Frazey has been assisting with administrative, bookkeeping and marketing tasks since she was 14 years old. Since then, she’s done everything from auditing medical claims for a national health insurance company to managing the offices of small construction contractors to helping individuals get their bills paid on time and everything in between. Her ability to analyze “what’s happening now” and determine “what needs to happen so we meet our goals” has made her an indispensable partner to the people she serves.

Down-to-Earth, yet creative, Lura studied both English and Accounting in college. This training, combined with years of experience applying objectivity to the subjective and subjectivity to the objective has made her adept at solving sticky problems practically, effectively, and with an eye on the bottom line.

When pressed, she will admit to being “a bit of a perfectionist,” but her clients don’t mind because she can whip through paperwork so fast there’s plenty of time left over for her to double-check her work.

Her marketing and writing skills have helped dozens of small businesses and individual service providers attract new clients without overspending their time or money.

Mini the Office Cat, who rarely finds Lura amusing.

Lura is also a compassionate coach and consultant with a gift for helping people clarify their needs, solve problems, build on their strengths, and achieve their goals. Many of her clients believe she has a great sense of humor, but she insists, “that is entirely dependent on who you’re talking to—the cat, for instance, is almost never amused by me.”

She is based out of her country home in the wilds of Oregon, but serves clients referred to her from across the nation.
